<h3>Occupational Description</h3><br>The NE Racing & Gaming Commission issues licenses for a variety of racing-related occupations.  These employees work for the racetracks, and must meet individual track restrictions.  License are typically issued after an applicant has secured employment at a racetrack.<br><h3>Licensure Requirements</h3><br>Individuals working at racetracks in Nebraska must be at least 16 years of age.  A felony conviction may be grounds for denial of a license.  Applications must be completed and signed by management before submission.  <br><h3>Fees</h3><br>License Fees will vary based on the specific job performed, with most costing between $15.00 - $50.00.<br><h3>Renewal</h3><br>Renewal is required annually by December 31.  The renewal fee varies based on the specific job performed, with most costing between $15.00 - $50.00.Fingerprints are required every 5 years.
