RESEARCHER <br><br>This certification is obtained by a licensed professional wishing to conduct research under the guidance of the board of pharmacy in the state of Tennessee. The researcher must have a reporting facility listed for which research or study is responsible for coordination and security of drugs.<br><br>REQUIREMENTS:<br>Must complete an online or paper application, provide a declaration of citizenship form signed and notarized, a copy of their valid government issued identification, resume, and protocol with fee. To qualify for this certification, fitness and competency requirements as specified by the board including chemical substance history must be provided.
