May supervise activities of a department providing quantity food services or counsel individuals. Requirements 1. A completed application and payment of fees; 2. Evidence of clinical competency by: verifying current registration with CDR; or completing the requirements outlined in W.S. -º 33-47-106(a). Applicants who have obtained a degree outside of the United States and its territories shall request that the CADE evaluate that degree program to determine its equivalency as defined W.S. -º 33-47-106 (a)(i) 3. A license verification directly from every jurisdiction, if applicable. Continuing Education Licensees must complete a minumum of thirty hours of continuing education per renewal cycle. Restrictions No felony or misdemeanor convictions related to the practice of dietetics.
